Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Schedule: Full time (30h/week, hybrid).
Salary : 30$ per hour.
Job description
We are seeking an Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the clinic's day-to-day operations while driving our online communications strategy. This hybrid role blends office administration with digital content creation, social media management, and the development of Dermacentre's online presence. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly organized, and brings demonstrated experience in both administrative coordination and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Administration and operations

Manage procurement and inventory of office and clinical supplies, ensuring continuous availability of required materials.

Coordinate internal and external communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with vendors and partners.

Maintain and optimize digital filing systems and clinic databases.

Liaise with service providers, suppliers, and institutional partners.

Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents as required.
Digital marketing and communications

Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across the clinic's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Manage and update Dermacentre's website in both languages, ensuring optimal user experience.

Design digital campaigns to promote clinical services, phototherapy programs, and research initiatives.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, and recommend data-driven adjustments.

Create visuals and content aligned with Dermacentre's brand identity.

Manage the clinic's online reputation and respond to patient reviews and comments.
Qualifications

University diploma or degree in digital marketing, business administration, international business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative coordination, office management, or a similar role.

Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital content creation.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and with self-discipline in a hybrid work environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and intermediate knowledge of French.
Assets

Experience in the healthcare sector or medical clinic setting.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

Proficiency in Spanish or Greek (given our particular patient population).
